 Channel 7 Mandurah Crab Fest

Get ready for Mandurah’s biggest event of the year! Crab Fest is back on March 14 & 15, 2026, bringing a weekend of incredible food, live music, family fun, and, of course, plenty of fresh Blue Swimmer Crabs. Whether you’re a foodie, a music lover, or just looking for a fun day out, Crab Fest has something for everyone.

Moonlight Movies-FREE EVENT

The City of Mandurah is excited to invite the community to enjoy a series of free, family-friendly Moonlight Movies during the Noongar season of Bunuru, taking place across the city in February and March 2026. Come along for a special screening of 'How to Train Your Dragon' at Coodanup College.

When: 6 March 2026 from 5.30pm. Movie time is 7.00pm-9.00pm

Great Neighbourhood Survey

Keep a look out towards the end of March for the Great Neighbourhood Survey. Your feedback will help shape future communities and you will be rewarded for completing the survery with a $30 Prezee Voucher!

General Construction Update

Stage 11 Forest Walk
This stage is nearing completion. The park that forms part of this stage is due for completion in June 2026. 

Public Open Spaces
Some minor parks throughout the estate are due for completion in June 2026.

Fencing and Landscaping Reminder
A reminder that front landscaping and boundary fencing is included as part of your land contract. Please allow 8 weeks for the installation of fencing and up to 12 weeks for landscaping, upon approval of the landscaping plan. More information available here.
