What’s Happening Around Frasers Landing and Mandurah?
Arts and Creativity at the Mandurah Open Studios Exhibition

Art lovers will enjoy the upcoming Mandurah Open Studios Exhibition, running from 10 April to 10 May at the Alcoa Mandurah Art Gallery within the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre. The exhibition showcases work from local artists who will later open their studios to the public as part of the wider Mandurah Open Studios program. Visitors can explore a diverse range of artistic styles and mediums while learning more about the creative community in the Peel region. The official exhibition launch takes place on 10 April and offers a great opportunity to meet participating artists and learn about their creative processes.

Sunday Markets at the Mandurah Foreshore

A regular favourite for locals is the weekly foreshore markets at the Mandurah Eastern Foreshore, which continue throughout Autumn. Each Sunday the waterfront comes alive with market stalls offering fresh produce, artisan products, handmade crafts and street food. With live music often adding to the relaxed atmosphere, it’s a great way to spend a Sunday morning by the water while supporting local small businesses. More information here.
Mandurah: A Paddler’s Paradise

With over 134 square kilometres of calm waterways, Mandurah is the ultimate paddling playground. From serene estuaries to hidden coves, you’ll find endless spots to explore.

Energisation
All titled stages at Frasers Landing are energised
Frasers Landing Community Centre
Frasers Property have been removing items from the Sales Centre in preparation for settlement. We want to take this opportunity to thank the other tenants for their diligence in preparing their space for settlement.

Boundary Fencing and Front Landscaping
If you purchased the land lot through Frasers Property and your home is approximately 3 months from completion, a reminder to fill in the boundary fencing and front landscaping forms and return to the email address on the form. Please allow 12 weeks for the installation of both fencing and landscaping (upon approval of the landscaping plan). More information can be found here.
