Port Coogee Community Association AGM!

The Port Coogee Community Association celebrated another successful Annual General Meeting on October 30! It was fantastic to see new faces stepping up to join the main committee, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the group. The strong community spirit on display is a great sign for the future — ensuring that local representation and leadership will continue to thrive well beyond the completion of Frasers Property’s current works.

Music in the Park is Back!

The Port Coogee Community Association Events Team has been hard at work, preparing to support a vibrant calendar of events for the community. Behind the scenes, a dedicated group of volunteers has been setting the stage for an exciting season of local gatherings.

What’s On: Live performance by Dr Fish, face painting, and plenty of kids’ activities. Bring your picnic and enjoy this free community event!

General Construction Update

Waterfront Park – Construction is progressing well with the shade structures currently being installed. The concrete aggregate paths are almost complete and in the coming weeks irrigation, planting, grass, trees and seating will be constructed. Works are anticipated to be complete by December 2025 and we look forward to the community being able to enjoy the park over the summer period.

Octavia Mews Park and Southern Foreshore Park – Temporary site fencing has recently gone up with works having commenced during October. Pathways, car parking bays, grass, seating and trees are all anticipated to be installed over the coming months with Practical Completion anticipated towards the end of the year.

Tavern Site – The Developer has submitted a DA over the site and it is currently being assessed by the relevant government bodies.

Sales Centre – Following the settlement of all lots in the estate, the sales centre is now closed.
