Great Neighbourhood Survey
Keep a look out for The Great Neighbourhood Survey in March to provide feedback to Frasers Property on what it means to live in Port Coogee.
General Works in the Community
Empty Land Lots (Super Lots)
Frasers Property will continue to retain ownership for the near term. The existing sites will be bordered with chain mesh fence. The Port Coogee sales office, temporary carpark and the grassed area to the front of the sales office will remain in place for the near term. In time, ownership will be transferred and developed as per the Built Form Codes.
Waterfront Park – Now Complete
The Waterfront Park, although complete, still requires the installation of safety signage. Once this has been finalised, this area will be open to the public. We look forward to seeing residents and visitors make the most of this beautiful new park, particularly over the warmer months ahead!
