PUBLIC NOTICE: REPLACEMENT OF CAR PARK FOR MCIVOR RESERVE

Frasers Property would like to inform the local Yarraville community of upcoming road closures and changes to traffic conditions along Bradmill Boulevard. These changes will be in place from 10th July to 28th August to facilitate the completion of works jointly funded on a 50/50 basis by Frasers Property Australia and Maribyrnong City Council.

WHAT WORKS ARE COMING UP?

• Construction of car park for McIvor Reserve
• Footpath Works
• Fencing Works
• Linemarking
• Lane closures

WHEN ARE THESE WORKS HAPPENING?

• Works will be completed between 10/07/26 to 28/08/26.
• Work will take place between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturday.
• In the event out of hours is required, approvals will be obtained and residents notified.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Safety Controls and Traffic Controls will be in place along Bradmill Blvd to assist pedestrian and traffic movements around the work zone.
• Some increase in construction noise, activity and vehicles in the area whilst works are being completed.

There will be no impact to local properties access during these works.
