Some places become part of a suburb’s story. Beside the art deco charm of the Sun Theatre sits Sun Bookshop - a place where locals browse, authors visit, and film lovers linger. A place that feels like it belongs to Yarraville, not the other way around. That sense of belonging is what we’re creating at Bradmill Yarraville: spaces with character, connection and a soul of their own.

Kinda chic to be part of a neighbourhood with a past, a present and plenty still to come. There’s a certain charm in places that evolve over time. Where old stories become the foundation for new memories, and where everyday moments are shaped by the people who call it home. Bradmill is being reimagined as a place for connection, creativity and community, bringing together the character of Yarraville with a new way of living in the inner west.
