Midtown Community Garden Open Day

When: Saturday, 28 January 2023| 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

The school holidays are a great time to introduce your kids to gardening! You can keep things simple by teaching them how to make a fairy garden in a pot – all you’ll need is few succulents, some colourful stones and fairy statues. This will be a great opportunity to teach your kids about responsibility while making it super fun for them at the same time!

Midtown will be hosting a community garden working bee on Saturday, 28th January from 10am - 2pm. You’re invited to come along and learn all the tips and tricks you’ll need to achieve a flourishing harvest. There’ll be garden tip talks, cooking demo as well as kids activities and entertainment on the day. You’ll even be able to take home some fresh produce and enjoy the fruits of your labour. If you’ve been looking for the perfect opportunity to immerse your family into gardening, this is it!
