Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As we work steadily towards settlement of The Park Crescent properties, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Construction Progress

As the attractive interiors of these striking new homes are being finished, we’re making sure the exteriors are just as appealing, with landscaping on The Park Crescent homes now at the halfway mark.

Inside, waterproofing is complete, and tiling is about to be too.

Fit offs have begun, and painting is well underway as we work towards our updated settlement schedule of August/September.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in August to September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
