Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As we count down the final weeks before our community’s newest residents move into the Park Crescent homes, we’ll keep updating you with what’s going on in and outside your stunning new property.

Construction Progress

All flooring, including those showstopping engineered oak floorboards and 100% wool blend carpets, is now complete.

The painters have also cleaned off their brushes for the final time, with the light and bright neutral colour schemes now waiting for residents to add their own artworks.

The finishing touches have also been made to the exterior of the property, with the completion of the landscaping.

Fit offs have all been finalised and last but not least, the all-important joinery and robes are now complete.

As we forge ahead towards the late August/early September settlement dates, we’ll keep you up to date with what our tradespeople are working on.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in late August to early September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
