Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks development update.

As we work steadily towards settlement of The Park Crescent properties, we’ll continue to keep you informed every step of the way with the latest news on your new home and new community.

Construction Progress

First impressions matter, and The Park Crescent Homes are making a great one with landscaping at both the front and rear of the townhomes now complete.

We can’t wait to see how new residents develop and maintain these peaceful garden spaces.

Inside the homes all the tiles have been laid, and the final brushstrokes are being applied to the paintwork.

Fit offs are still in progress as we work towards our updated settlement schedule of late August/early September.

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your apartments is now anticipated in August - September 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
