Construction Update

Welcome to the latest edition of the Burwood Brickworks community update.

As they say in baseball, “we are at the bottom of the ninth” in the creation of our Park Crescent homes. In fact, we’re moving into the final stages of construction across the entire community.

The Park Crescent homes will be the first of the final two stages of Burwood Brickworks and settlements are just around the corner.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to keep you informed of what our tradespeople are working on, right up to your settlement date.

Construction Progress

It’s almost time! All works are now completed and our focus is on getting all the documentation in order for settlement.

Our legal team will be liaising with your solicitors and our project team will be making sure your beautiful new home is spick-and-span for settlement.

On the agreed day of settlement, our solicitor will contact your legal representative to ensure all conditions of the contract have been fulfilled and your name will be registered against the property title.

It’s an exciting time and we’re looking forward to handing over your keys to your new future!

Settlement Forecast

Settlement of your home is now anticipated on 30^th August 2023.

Please note that the anticipated settlement time frame is indicative and subject to change due to the construction works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.
