It's been exciting to have the first pre-settlement inspections take place on the eastern wing, as the team continues to work through the final touches on the western wing. If you haven't been contacted yet about attending your pre-settlement inspection, we will be in contact soon, once your home is ready.

The first settlement notice is due to be issued with settlements to occur throughout August.
