Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Greenway Collection

We are pleased to share the latest construction update for your new home in the Greenway Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

This month we are excited to share that our building contractor, Patterson Building Group, have now started site excavation works. This marks a key milestone, paving the way for in-ground services and retaining wall construction.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to occur in the first half of 2027.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
