Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Greenway Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Greenway Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Construction is progressing well, with Patterson Building Group recently reaching several important milestones. Screw piling and internal drainage works have now been completed, along with concrete slab pours. With these pours now complete, the team have commence the installation of the first framing. We are also pleased to confirm that the second Construction Certificate has been approved. With the stage now progressing into the structural phase, it is exciting to see the first homes take shape.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to occur in mid-2027.
