Ed.Square Construction Update - Central Park Greenway Collection

We are pleased to provide the latest construction update for your new home within the Greenway Collection at Central Park, Ed.Square.

Our building contractor, Patterson Building Group, have now completed back-filling of the retaining and the completion of the detailed excavation works. This milestone has enabled the commencement of screw pile installation, with internal drainage works scheduled to begin shortly.

At this stage, settlement of your new home is anticipated to occur in mid-2027.

Hence, we would like to remind you that at no time are any of our purchasers permitted to enter the construction site or fenced compounds, as doing so places you at risk of accident or injury.
