Welcome to the latest construction update.

We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community. 

Many homes from CN3101 to CN3108 have already settled, with new residents moving in and beginning the next chapter of life in this beautiful Marina community.

For the remaining homes, settlements are fast approaching, with all expected to be complete by the end of September.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of the teams who have worked so diligently to build and complete these beautiful homes. Their care, commitment, and hard work deserves a special thank you, as they’ve brought the vision of Reflection Homes to life.

Here’s the latest progress across the Reflection Homes:

Homes 3101–3108

• All major works are complete.
• Settlements are underway.

Homes 3109–3111

• Pre-final inspections complete.
• Pre-Settlement Inspections are underway
• Landscaping is complete.
• OC inspections and certification are being finalised.
• Settlement remains forecast for Mid September 2025.

Homes 3112–3114

• Pre-final inspections complete.
• Pre-Settlement Inspections are underway.
• Commissioning is complete.
• Landscaping is complete.
• OC inspections and certification are being finalised.
• Settlement remains forecast for Late September 2025.

Pre-Final Inspections for Homes CN3109 to CN3114 have been completed by those who chose to take up the opportunity.

Meanwhile, Pre-Settlement Inspections (PSIs) for Homes CN3109 to CN3114 are underway—an exciting milestone that allows purchasers to review their home before settlement and take final measurements for furnishings and fittings.

As Occupation Certificates are issued, settlement notices are also being sent directly to your legal teams in preparation for settlement.
