Welcome to the latest construction update.
We’re pleased to keep you informed about how the project is progressing, give you insights into the construction process and ensure you’re up to date with the development of your new community.
Our teams have continued to work diligently across all stages of the build, and we’re thrilled to provide the following detailed updates.
Homes 3101–3108
- Landscaping is being established.
- External feature fencing will be completed in the coming weeks.
- Quality Assurance process has commenced.
- Internal caulking is complete.
- Homes are currently undergoing final commissioning and testing.
- Settlement is currently forecast for August 2025.
Homes 3109–3111
- Internal painting is underway.
- Tiling, cabinetry, and robe installations are complete.
- Plumbing fit-offs are progressing well.
- External areas are being prepared for landscaping.
- Settlement is currently forecast for September 2025.
Homes 3112–3114
- Fix-out carpentry is complete.
- Sheeting and internal linings are complete.
- Plumbing and electrical fit-offs are progressing this week.
- Wet area waterproofing is underway.
- Wet area tiling will commence in the coming days.
- External areas are being prepared for landscaping.
- Settlement is currently forecast for September 2025.
As shared in our last monthly update, we have been inviting purchasers to attend Pre-final Inspections as individual homes become ready. We are pleased to advise that the purchasers of Homes 3101 to 3108 have all been invited – with most already taking the opportunity to view the progress of their homes firsthand. These inspections are a valuable opportunity to take measurements, observe the progress of your home, and familiarise yourself with its layout ahead of our final quality assurance checks and settlement.
In addition, valuation access is also available for Homes 3101 to 3108. If you are the purchaser of one of these homes, please ensure your finance provider contacts Silvana your Customer Care representative, to coordinate access.
We will reach out to the purchasers of Homes 3109 to 3114 to invite them to their Pre-final Inspections and coordinate valuation access as these homes become ready.
Furthermore, all purchasers of the Reflection Homes have been provided with an obligation-free measure and quote from Warrigal Blinds for their blind furnishings, which is available for your convenience. If you would prefer to explore alternative options, you will have the opportunity to invite another blind supplier to your Pre-settlement Inspection once your home is ready.
