We’re thrilled to announce that Pre-Settlement Inspections (PSIs) for Homes CN3101 to CN3108 have commenced — an important milestone on the path to finalising your new home. These homes are looking fantastic, and as they are ready, Occupation Certificates are issued and sent directly to purchasers’ legal representatives in preparation for settlement.

A Pre-Settlement Inspection provides you the opportunity to review your home before settlement and take final measurements for furnishings and fittings.

For Homes CN3109 to CN3114, Pre-Final Inspections have begun as each home becomes ready. These inspections allow you to track the progress, take measurements, and familiarise yourself with your home ahead of the final quality assurance checks and settlement.

Once these homes are ready for valuation access, we will contact you directly.

Please rest assured we will continue to keep you informed every step of the way and will contact you directly when your home is ready for the next stage.
