- Settlement is anticipated to occur in November 2026. Valuation bookings are now underway, with site surveys and soil testing appointments available to support your settlement preparations.
- Construction continues to progress well throughout the release, with earthworks, retaining walls and essential infrastructure works advancing across the community.
