Works continue on track at The Brook Release Two
- Settlement is anticipated in November 2026. Purchasers are encouraged to book their valuation and arrange site surveys and soil testing appointments ahead of settlement.
- Construction is progressing well across the release, with roads, services and retaining walls continuing to advance, bringing homesites closer to completion.
