Golding Contractors have made steady progress despite the wet end to April.

Bulk earthworks have continued, with large volumes of fill being exported off-site. Drilling for retaining walls is well underway, and concrete sleeper walls are currently being installed. Trench excavation for internal services has also begun.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, progress has accelerated since the full closure. Temporary powerlines have been successfully installed, and drilling for additional underground services is ongoing. Excavation in the waterway has commenced, helping to speed up the culvert construction process.

Looking ahead, the Golding team plans to continue bulk earthworks and exporting activities in the coming month. Installation of concrete sleeper retaining walls will progress, and sewer and stormwater reticulation are set to begin.
