Brookhaven Construction Update - The Sanctuary Release Two

Plan sealing and Title registration for The Sanctuary Release Two has been obtained. Settlements for The Sanctuary Release Two will commence 8th of December 2025. Valuation access is available by appointment only. Initially, there may be staged access to the land following settlement, due to the construction program of Bahrs Scrub Rd. Frasers Property will provide all required information.

Excluded Lots:
Settlement for Lots 1840, 1841, 1842, 1843, 1884, 1885, 1886, 1887, 1888 have been delayed to February 2026.
Settlement for Lots 1907, 1908 and 1909 have been delayed to Q2, 2026.
The buyers of these lots will be updated accordingly.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The Sanctuary Release Two is progressing well sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation all complete. Internal asphalt road works are complete, and easement driveways are scheduled to be poured. Electrical and landscaping works are now underway. The Plan Sealing and Title Registration process is complete, and settlements have been scheduled.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, road preparation works are nearing completion and asphalt is scheduled. Footpath and landscaping works are also underway. Moving forward in the program, the team will be completing testing and finishing works, in preparation for Bahrs Scrub Rd opening.

These construction programs have been impacted by the recently experienced wet weather.
