Brookhaven Construction Update - The Sanctuary Release One

Settlements for The Sanctuary Release One are on schedule to commence in September 2025. Initially, there will be staged access to the land following settlement. Due to the construction program of Bahrs Scrub Road finishing after the development of the Sanctuary One, this initiative allows accelerated access to lots and the co-ordinated commencement of building works. Frasers Property will continue to provide additional details regarding this in the coming weeks.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The Sanctuary Release One is progressing steadily, with the site team maintaining momentum. Boulder retaining walls are in progress and nearing completion. Services are well underway with stormwater complete and sewer and water now in progress. The roadworks have also commenced, and kerbs are installed.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, box culvert construction continues, with the second section of culverts landed on the West, and the first section on the East landed in the last month. Earthworks and export have progressed well, with boulder retaining walls scheduled to commence.

Moving forward in the program, the team is scheduled to continue with services, electrical and communications, and roadworks from next month.
