Brookhaven Construction Update - The Sanctuary Release One

Settlements for The Sanctuary Release One commenced in September and will continue in early October. Initially, there will be staged access to the land following settlement. Due to the construction program of Bahrs Scrub Road finishing after the development of the Sanctuary One, this initiative allows accelerated access to lots and the co-ordinated commencement of building works. Frasers Property will continue to provide additional details regarding this in the coming weeks.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The Sanctuary Release One is progressing well, and the site team is nearing completion. All earthworks, retaining walls, and underground services are now complete. In relation to roadworks, kerb and asphalt works have now been completed. Landscaping works along the streetscape are well underway and progressing well.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, box culvert construction continues on the Eastern and Western entrances and is now nearing completion. Stormwater is complete, and water reticulation is progressing well, also nearing completion. Underground electrical installation has commenced, and the team has scheduled road preparation works.
