Settlements for The Sanctuary Release Two are scheduled to commence in December 2025. Valuation access will commence in the coming weeks, further details regarding access are to come. Initially, there may be staged access to the land following settlement, due to the construction program of Bahrs Scrub Rd. Frasers Property will provide additional details regarding this in the coming weeks.

Settlement for Lots 1907, 1908, 1909 has been delayed to Q1, 2026 and the buyers of these lots will be updated accordingly.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The Sanctuary Release Two is progressing well with sandstone boulder retaining walls now underway. Sewer and stormwater reticulation are both complete and the team have commenced water reticulation. The team have begun scheduling electrical works and road preparation.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, box culvert construction continues on the Eastern and Western entrance and is now nearing completion. Stormwater is complete, and water reticulation is progressing well, also nearing completion. Underground electrical installation has commenced, and the team have scheduled road preparation works.
