Plan sealing for The Sanctuary Release Two has been obtained. Settlements for The Sanctuary Release Two will commence in early December 2025. Valuation access is available by appointment only. Initially, there may be staged access to the land following settlement, due to the construction program of Bahrs Scrub Rd. Frasers Property will provide all required information.

Settlement for Lots 1907, 1908, 1909 has been delayed to Q1, 2026 and the buyers of these lots will be updated accordingly.

Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

Construction Milestone: Authority Approvals

Commenced

The Sanctuary Release Two is progressing well with sandstone boulder retaining walls nearing completion. Sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation are now all complete. Electrical and road works are now underway, and landscaping works are scheduled to commence. The council Plan Sealing process is completed, and formal plan registration with the Titles office is now underway.

Along Bahrs Scrub Road, stormwater and water reticulation are now complete. Underground electrical installation is nearing completion, and road preparation works are well underway. Looking forward in the program, the team are scheduled to complete roadworks and commence landscaping.
