Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.
We’re pleased to report that construction is progressing steadily on Stage 4, despite some recent delays due to wet weather.
Inter-allotment retaining walls are now nearing completion, with sewer and stormwater infrastructure expected to be finalised shortly.
Following this, works will transition to the road network, which remains on track for completion in early July 2025. This will pave the way for landscaping and electrical installations to begin.
At this stage, settlements are still anticipated to commence in August 2025, in line with the current construction timeline.
