The Quarry Construction Update – Release Four

We’re excited to bring you the latest update for Release Four at The Quarry.

Stage 4 is now in its final phases, with construction progressing smoothly. Roadworks are complete, and concrete footpaths and driveways have been successfully poured. Electrical conduits have also been installed, with streetlight installation scheduled in the coming weeks.

With electrical reticulation works now finished, our focus has shifted to landscaping and streetscape enhancements.

Council has approved the Plan Sealing application, and this has now been lodged with the Titles Office. We are currently awaiting their assessment. Once approved, settlements will be scheduled.

We have experienced a small delay onsite as we prepare multiple stages for settlement. This now means that settlements for Release Four are expected to commence in early October 2025.
