Welcome to your latest construction update for Release Four at The Quarry.

We are now anticipating settlements for Release Four to occur in September.

Asphalt has recently been installed across Release Four, marking a significant milestone. Concrete footpaths and driveways are scheduled to be installed in the coming weeks. Works have transitioned to electrical reticulation, with the installation of communication conduits and pits having now commenced.

The Release Four Plan Sealing application has been lodged with Brisbane City Council and is awaiting assessment.

If you haven't already, now is the time to finalise your arrangements for finance and apply for your final loan approval. To ensure a smooth process for your upcoming settlement in September 2025, it is important to schedule your valuation appointment as soon as possible.
