We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 are ahead of program, and we have brought our expected settlement timeframe forward one month. Settlements are now expected Feb to March 2026.
The footpath is now complete, and all lots have been topsoiled. The electrical audits are now underway.
Over the coming weeks, we will be seeking compliances from all authorities to achieve Statement of Compliance.
