We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 are complete and Council practical completion has been attained.
We require sign-offs from two remaining authorities before we can lodge the plan of subdivision at the Titles Office.
Your valuers should be booking in a time to visit site to undertake their valuation to ensure you have your finance documentation finalised for settlement.
