Planned Settlement: March 2026 – April 2026
We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 is still ahead of program and on track.
- The electrical and telecommunication assets/services have now been installed.
- Footpath is currently being poured and shaped and will see a completion in mid November.
- Once footpath is complete the base layer (rock) of the roads will be laid to begin building up the road pavement.
