We're pleased to advise that civil works in Stage 12 are complete and Council practical completion has been attained.
We still require one final authority sign‑off before we can lodge the Plan of Subdivision with the Titles Office. We apologise for the delay, which has arisen due to an unforeseen and unique circumstance resulting in a hold-up of more than six weeks with the relevant authority. Based on current advice, settlements are now expected in late March 2026.
Your valuer should be arranging a site visit to complete the valuation and ensure your finance documentation is finalised ahead of settlement.
