Stage 1A : Pioneer Townhomes

We’re excited to share the latest progress from site, as your future home continues to take shape with care and precision.

For Homes 101–110, the fencing posts have been successfully installed, and work on the stepping stones is currently underway, adding charm to the outdoor areas. At the same time, our internal final defect inspections are in progress to ensure that every detail meets our standards before handover.

Over at Homes 133–136, things are moving along beautifully—landscaping works are well underway, fencing posts are in, and all service fit-offs have been completed, marking another milestone in bringing these homes closer to readiness.

For Homes 126–132, major interior elements are now in place: flooring has been completed, benchtops have been installed, and all service fit-offs are done. These important finishes give the homes a sense of life and functionality, and we’re thrilled with how they’re coming together.

Meanwhile, Homes 137–138 are really starting to shine. Joinery is fully complete, timber flooring has been beautifully laid, and all painting works are finished—wrapping up the interiors with a polished, inviting feel.

Across the board, there’s been wonderful progress, and the energy on-site is full of momentum as we head into the final phases.
