Stage 3A: Sterling Townhomes

Construction is progressing well across these homes, with significant milestones achieved in recent weeks.

All homes in Stage 3A have their foundation works complete, structural steel installed and timber frames underway. Homes 339–344 have completed their framing works with roofing, brickwork and internal rough in works commencing. Homes 332–338 and 301-312 have also completed foundation works and are progressing well with their structural steel complete and timber framing in progress.

It is exciting to see steady progress across the neighbourhood as these future homes continue to come to life.
