Stage 3A: Sterling Townhomes

Construction continues to advance across the latest stages of the community, with several homes reaching significant milestones.

Homes 339–344 have now reached structural completion, marking an important step forward. External brickwork and roofing are currently underway, while services rough-in has also commenced, signalling the transition into the next phase of construction.

Nearby, Homes 332–338 are progressing well, with foundations, structural works and timber-framed walls now complete. Roof trusses are currently being installed, with roofing and brickwork scheduled to commence over the coming weeks.

At Homes 301–312, foundations and structural works have also been completed. Timber framing is now underway and is expected to be finished within the next few weeks, keeping construction on track across this stage of the project.

These milestones reflect the continued momentum on site as more homes take shape and move closer to completion.
