Stage 3A: Sterling Townhomes

We are pleased to share the latest construction progress across the project. For Homes 339 to 344, works are continuing to advance well with roof installation currently underway. Internal plastering and external cladding works are progressing steadily, while tile set-out activities have commenced in preparation for floor finishes. Flooring installation has also now begun, marking another significant step towards the completion of these homes.

Across Homes 332 to 338, the construction team is progressing with upper-floor wall wrap installation, while roofing works are approaching completion. Service rough-in activities, including electrical, plumbing and mechanical services, remain ongoing throughout the homes. Internal plastering has also commenced, representing an important milestone as the homes continue to take shape internally.

For Homes 301 to 312, roofing works continue to progress across the development, while ground floor brickwork has now commenced. Service rough-in activities are underway, ensuring key infrastructure is installed ahead of the next stages of construction. Scaffold access systems are also being installed to support upcoming works and facilitate safe access for trades on site.
