Installation of electrical trenching and cabling including telecommunications are now complete. The Contractor is currently focussing on installing the crossovers and footpath. With final layers of asphalt, street signs and line marking to follow.
It is now the right time to begin seeking finance pre-approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker regarding your loan application and start arranging your pre-approval. We will reach out again soon with a finance reminder when the site is ready for access for valuation.
