On site construction works are complete, the contractor is now working with Approval Authorities (South East Water, AusNet Service, Melbourne Water) to obtain Statement of Compliance Consents to allow Council to issue a Statement of Compliance.
The site access for valuations is available. Once you receive this, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation.
Now is the time to progress your loan towards unconditional approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute delays.
