Construction Milestone: Lodged the title

On site construction works are complete. Council have toissued a Statement of Compliance and we have lodged with the Titles Office.
The site access for valuations is available. Once you receive this, please forward the email to your broker or banker so they can arrange an on-site valuation.
Now is the time to progress your loan towards unconditional approval. We encourage you to contact your bank or broker as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute delays.
