Planned Settlement: Q2 2026
We're excited to keep you informed about how the project is progressing.
- Council functional layout approval has been received, with detailed design submission to follow shortly.
- Early sewer works are approved and works will commence in late July.
- Sewer works have been awarded to Rokon, with civil works set to go to tender in August and contract award anticipated in September.
