Early sewer works have been approved by Council and are scheduled to commence in January. These works are a key step in preparing the site for future stages and will help ensure essential services are ready ahead of the main civil works.
The civil construction tender was issued in November, and we are now in the final stages of appointing a contractor. We anticipate awarding the contract in December, which will allow us to start major works early in the new year.
Detailed design for the stage has been lodged with Council, and we expect approval in January. This is an important milestone that ensures all technical plans for roads, drainage, and services are in place before construction begins.
