Detailed design is now approved
We’re pleased to confirm that the detailed engineering design for Stage 6 has now been formally approved. This milestone confirms that all technical and engineering requirements have been satisfied, enabling construction works to progress in line with the approved design.

Drainage works have commenced
Drainage infrastructure works are now underway across Stage 6. These early civil works form a critical component of the subdivision, establishing the stormwater network required to support future road and service infrastructure.

Services reticulation works to follow
Over the coming months, construction will continue to progress through the installation of water, electrical and communications reticulation. These works will deliver the essential services required to support future homes within Stage 6.
