Approval has been received for the early sewer works, with onsite activity beginning on 19 January 2026. These works form a key part of the essential services infrastructure and help prepare the stage for broader civil construction.
The civil construction tender has now been issued, and we are in the final stages of review. The contract award is expected imminently, which will allow the contractor to mobilise and commence main works soon after.
The detailed design package has been submitted to Council, with approval anticipated by January. This is the final step before major civil works can formally commence, keeping the project well aligned with the planned delivery program.
