Early sewer works commenced in late January and are now well underway. These works install the essential underground sewer infrastructure needed for your stage. Completing this early ensures the main civil construction program can progress efficiently.

The civil construction contracts are now being executed, and our contractor is preparing to commence. Awarding the tender is a key project milestone - it confirms who will be delivering the roads, drainage, services and overall civil works. With the contract now finalised, the contractor can begin organising equipment, crews and scheduling in readiness for major construction works to begin.

Detailed design approval is expected be end of month, after which it will progress through the Council approval process. This includes the technical engineering plans required before construction can move into its next phase. Once approved by Council, it ensures all works can be delivered smoothly and in accordance with required standards.
