Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

We’re pleased to advise that base course FCR (fine crushed rock) is now complete. This forms the foundational layer of the upper road pavement, providing the strength, stability and final levels required to support the asphalt surface.

Asphalt works are also complete. This wearing course forms the final driving surface, sealing and protecting the underlying pavement layers while delivering a smooth, durable finish and marks one of the last major construction activities ahead of line marking and presentation works for Council inspection.

Authority approvals have commenced. This stage involves formal review and sign‑off from Council and service authorities to confirm that all constructed works meet required standards. These approvals are a key milestone in the subdivision process to achieve Statement of Compliance and ultimately support the release of titles.
