Titles awaiting GAIC approval from the State Revenue Office
Titles for Stage 1 remain pending approval of the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) by the Victorian Government Minister for Planning and State Revenue Office (SRO). We are regularly following up the relevant Government Departments and have been informed the approval process is underway.Settlements are expected to commence in June
