Statement of Compliance (SOC) has now been issued
We are pleased to confirm that Council has issued Statement of Compliance (SOC) for Stage 1, confirming that all subdivision works and approval requirements have been successfully met.Titles awaiting GAIC approval from the State Revenue Office
Titles for Stage 1 are currently pending approval of the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) by the State Revenue Office (SRO). This approval is expected imminently and is one of the final administrative steps prior to lodgement of titles.Settlements are expected to commence in May
