Please note that the anticipated timeframe for settlement is indicative and subject to change due to the civil works program, external authority involvement and weather conditions.

The early sewer works are now complete. These works delivered the essential underground sewer infrastructure required for the stage, ensuring key services are in place ahead of the main civil construction program. Completing these works early helps maintain program and reduces the risk of civil construction delays.

Civil construction is expected to commence at the end of March, with our contractor already onsite. This marks the shift from planning into active delivery of roads, drainage, services and other core civil infrastructure.

The detailed design is now approved. This confirms that all engineering plans and technical documentation required prior to construction have been finalised and endorsed by Council. Having this signed off removes a key pre‑construction dependency and supports a smooth transition into on‑ground works.
