Certificates of Title available
Stage Update: Minor finishing works and service activations continue to be addressed at Stage 16. Approval of the Public Open Space (POS) landscape design is currently being negotiated with the City of Rockingham as well as a works contract with landscape contractors to enable commencement of works in August with completion programmed towards the end of the year.
